Once you accept our proposal, we’ll begin by developing a Project Charter. This document outlines the project’s scope, objectives, timelines, and resources required. It’s where all successful projects begin.

With the project charter approved, we kick off detailed project management. Our team works closely with you, tracking progress, managing resources, and ensuring every step is aligned with the project’s goals. You can expect very frequent communication with your Project Coordinator and Project Scheduler.
What is Wrike, and how is it used?
We use Wrike, a powerful project management tool, to organize and streamline project activities. It allows us to efficiently collaborate with you – our client. You will have access to Wrike so you can see the project first hand, but you will not be able to edit the project.
What size of projects does InScope handle?
InScope caters to Small and Medium-sized Businesses. We believe most small business projects last between 1-6 months in duration. Our flexible approach ensures that each project receives the attention and expertise it needs for successful outcomes.

Not at all! We specialize in serving small to medium-sized businesses at the moment. Large project would likely require us to have project resources on site and that is beyond our core capabilities for now.
